Mercedes-Benz 190 E
The TT-02 chassis is an easy to build and proven platform. It’s perfect for enthusiasts to begin their hobby journey into the world of R/C 4WD on-road racing or simple parking lot fun with friends. This kit recreates the Mercedes-Benz 190 E 2.5-16 EVO II, which sits on top of the TT-02 chassis as it raced in 1991in the renowned DTM series.
The German Touring Car racing series known as DTM began its roots in 1984 with significant rule changes over the decades. In the early 1990’s interest in the series reached elevated levels as Mercedes Benz battled archrival BMW among other brands for on-track supremacy. During DTM’s championship contention, Mercedes introduced 190 E 2.5-16 EVO II in 1991. Based upon the compact Mercedes-Benz 190 E, it was given improved aerodynamics with components such as over fenders, front and rear spoilers and a large rear wing, and employed a 2.5-liter inline-4 DOHC engine capable of 340hp. In the same year, the works team car sponsored by German beer brand König Pilsener secured second place in the Championship and brought the Manufacturer’s Championship to Mercedes-Benz.
Adaptable TT-02 Chassis
The shaft driven 4WD TT-02 chassis employs a longitudinal layout with the battery on the left and the motor on the right, to offer excellent stability. In addition, it features identical left and right suspension arms and uprights for ease of assembly, plus easy-to-maintain gearboxes. It is a highly adaptable chassis, as it offers 2 different wheelbases, 2 ground clearance settings and 2 tread set-ups in addition to a range of 10 possible gear ratios. It is not short on looks either, with brake disc-shaped wheel hubs and stylish front bumper supports.

- This edition includes pre-painted body with pre-cut wheel arches and pre-made body mount holes.
- Note: Livery stickers still need to be applied.
- Includes 540 Brushed Motor and ESC.
- Separate black ABS plastic parts realistically depict side mirrors, rear-wing, front grille and emblems.
- The efficient shaft-driven 4WD TT-02 chassis features superior adaptability and stability.
- Silver color dish wheels are paired with racing slick tires.
- Includes livery stickers and window masking tape for use in the painting process.
- Required to complete: 2-channel radio, steering servo, 7.2-7.4volt battery with compatible charger.

Shipping Restrictions
Shipping availability depends on the product and destination. Batteries, fuel, oversized items, and other restricted products may require specific shipping methods or may be unavailable for certain destinations.
International Orders
Where international shipping is available, shipping options and charges appear at checkout. Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing may delay delivery.
Address Changes
Check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order begins processing or ships.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
Inspect your order when it arrives. Report shipping damage within 48 hours and incorrect items within five business days. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue.
If tracking shows a delivery problem or your package has not arrived, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Return and Refund Policy
You may return new, unused merchandise within 10 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below. Contact Dirt Cheap RC for a return authorization (RMA) before sending anything back.
Return Requirements
Returned items must include all original contents and packaging. Used items and returns without an approved RMA will not be accepted.
The following items are ineligible for return:
- Used merchandise
- Kits with a broken protective seal
- Special orders
- Fuel
- Standalone or installed electronics
Refunds
Store-credit refunds do not incur restocking fees. Refunds to the original payment method may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds cover the product price only. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. If you do not specify your preferred refund method, we will issue store credit.
How to Request a Return
- Email dronezonecentral@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for approval, your RMA number, and return instructions.
- Include your order number or original packing slip and the RMA number inside the package.
- Pack the item and all original contents inside a separate shipping box. Do not attach shipping labels directly to the product packaging.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send it to the address provided in your approval.
Allow reasonable shipping time plus 3–5 business days for return processing. We will email you when your return has been processed.
Defective Products and Manufacturer Warranties
Manufacturer warranties are handled according to each manufacturer’s terms. Contact the manufacturer directly for defective products, including electronics. Keep your original purchase receipt.
