How to order

- Enter your full shipping address, including your country and postal code.
- Select an available shipping method and review the total before paying.
If your country is unavailable or no shipping rate appears, contact us before ordering. Some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
Shipping costs and delivery
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates do not include order processing or customs delays. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
Import duties, taxes, and customs
You are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing may delay delivery. We declare the actual purchase value and do not mark purchases as gifts or alter customs information.
Product and destination restrictions
Shipping availability depends on the items in your cart and your delivery address. Batteries, fuel, oversized items, and other restricted products may require specific shipping methods or may be unavailable for international shipping.
Payment and address details
Enter accurate billing and shipping information. For international credit card orders, the shipping address must match the card's billing address. We may contact you to verify order details before shipping. Check the currency and final total shown at checkout before completing your purchase.
Returns and undeliverable packages
Contact us for authorization before returning an item. Our Return and Refund Policy applies to international orders. If a package is refused, undeliverable, or returned because import charges were not paid, you are responsible for original and return shipping charges and applicable return fees.
