SHIPPING & PROCESSING INFO

Order Processing

Due to increased order volume and the impact of Covid-19, it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive.  In addition our call centers are experiencing a high volume of customer calls, and wait times may be longer than usual. Please contact us thru email (fastandfurioushobbyshop@gmail.com) and we will answer as soon as we can

Shipping method selected corresponds to number of days in transit, it does not include processing time. Processing time may increase days for delivery. The shipping preference you choose does not guarantee the shipment or arrival date of your order, it only indicates the service level provided by the carrier once the order ships.

Processing Information: During normal business operations, orders placed during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Central Time, are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of processing, excluding weekends and holidays.

DUE TO COV-19, PROCESSING HAS INCREASED TO 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS

Non-warehoused items may take an additional 2-3 days.

Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. Central Time may not be processed the same day, depending on stock allocation. Also please note that Monday is our busiest processing day and orders placed after 7:00 a.m. EST may not be processed the same day, depending on stock allocation. 

You will be emailed your tracking or label number within 24-48 hours of shipment. You will be able to track it from that email or you may click the "My Account" link at the top of our web page to view your order and track the shipment. Please be sure to utilize the tracking information so you know when to expect the package, this will help prevent theft and loss of product.

 

Lightweight, small packages qualify for our Super Saver Shipping rates. While these orders are processed within our regular timeline, this option is not a premium shipping method and due to stock allocation and shipping service they may take 3-10 business days to be delivered. Also please note that this method includes a label number, but no tracking information is typically provided by USPS on this shipping method.

Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Geographic shipping restrictions may apply to particular products; for example, some tools and hardware items may not be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii using Economy Shipping, applies to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only.  

USPS Postal

USPS orders are processed within our regular timeline this option is not a premium shipping method and due to stock allocation and shipping service they may take 7-10 days to be delivered.

Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Geographic shipping restrictions may apply to particular products; for example, some tools and hardware items may not be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii using Economy Shipping, applies to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only.

FedEx Transit Times

► Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days by FedEx.

    • Next Day Air or overnight packages shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
    • 2 Day Air packages shipped on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.

Saturday Delivery on express air packages is not available in all areas and FedEx charges an extra fee.  For urgent orders or Saturday deliveries, please contact our sales department at (832) 910-8180 We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather and/or delivery attempts.

*FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We can only ship USPS (postal) to a P.O. Box.

FedEx International

FedEx International is our preferred shipping method for fast, dependable service to most international destinations with estimated delivery times of 2 to 5 business days. Please note - quoted shipping times do not include processing days and are not guaranteed. Estimated arrival time is based on the amount of days in transit after the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours but can take longer depending on product stock and location.

First Class International Mail

PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING THIS TIME MANY INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS USING THIS METHOD ARE DELIVERED WITHIN 10-12 WEEKS, EVEN IF THERE ARE NO UPDATES DURING THE SHIPPING TIME, THEY ARE STILL EN ROUTE AND MAY TAKE MUCH LONGER THAN USUAL FOR DELIVERY.

Delivery usually in 1-4 weeks, but occasionally can take longer. While economical this is the slowest shipping method we offer. This method is not trackable and not insurable so First Class mail is recommended for low value packages which are not time sensitive. Please do not use this method for shipping high value items since the package is not insurable and if lost we cannot recover any of the value for you. If you need your package quickly and need to track the progress of the package USPS Express or FedEx is recommended. 

Our international postage charges are based on the size and weight of the package. To determine the cost of shipping to an international destination simply place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You should see the shipping charge before having to enter your credit card information. 

Priority Mail International Mail 

Delivery usually in 10-14 business days, delivery confirmation available to major destinations. While most packages are delivered within 10-14 business days, in rare instances, delays of up from 60 to 90 Days have been experienced once the package has left the United States due to events beyond our control (such as weather or processing time in customs). Delivery times are not guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, an inquiry form will need to be filed with USPS. That usually takes 30 days to process. If the USPS doesn't find the lost package an insurance claim will then be filed with the USPS which could take 30-90 additional days to process. Replacement orders will not be sent out until the inquiry and claim process is complete. Packages with Value exceeding 300.00 are insured at no additional cost to the customer. Packages under $300.00 are not insured unless you contact us to add insurance to your package which will incur additional charges. We are not responsible for uninsured packages which are lost or damaged in transit.

International Express Mail

Delivery usually in 3-5 business days, delivery confirmation available to major destinations. While most packages are delivered within 3-5 business days, in rare instances, delays of up to 30 days have been experienced once the package has left the United States due to events beyond our control (such as weather or processing time in customs). Delivery times are not guaranteed. Packages with Value exceeding 300.00 are insured at no additional cost to the customer. Packages under $300.00 are not insured unless you contact us to add insurance to your package which will incur additional charges. We are not responsible for uninsured packages which are lost or damaged in transit. If a package is lost or damaged in transit the same claims process is required as outlined under USPS Priority Mail International above. 

International Taxes

IMPORT TAX: You may have to pay an IMPORT TAX upon receiving the package. This tax is charged by YOUR COUNTRY - NOT RCH. You are importing goods into your country, so it is YOUR responsibility to pay all applicable taxes. Again - we cannot be held responsible for knowing the laws of your country. If an import tax is required, your shipping carrier (USPS or FedEx) will collect it before delivering the package.

To protect against credit card fraud, we MUST ship all credit card orders to the BILLING ADDRESS of the credit card. If you place an order with us to ship to a different country from the billing address on the card, we will NOT ship the order.

Please do not request that we falsify invoices or suppress tariff codes or country-of-origin information. 

APO & FPO

When requesting orders to ship to an APO or FPO address, your package will ship SAM (space available mail). SAM requires no additional charge and will ship your package from the APO or FPO address via the next available transport. Your APO or FPO station may choose to send your package via a commercial carrier. RCH has no control over this, however we are obligated to comply with all rules and regulations governing commercial shipping. Therefore, we will no longer be able to ship flammable or hazardous materials items such as fuel or LiPo batteries.

Shipping to an APO or FPO

Address Field 1: Army, Navy and Marines enter Unit Number and Box number; for Ships, enter Ship Name and Hull Number; for Air Force, enter PSC Number and Box Number.
Address Field 2: You can enter optional military command or organization name.
City: Enter APO or FPO.
State: Select one of the following from the drop-down box:

AE - Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada
AA - Armed Forces Americas
AP - Armed Forces Pacific

Country: United States
Zip: Enter the 5-digit ZIP code for the military unit.

Receiving Parts

Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order. Damages and evidence of tampering on the outer packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt of the driver. DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving the order. No exceptions. WRONG ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the order. No exceptions.

If delivery is refused then the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the standard fees as shown on our Return Policy

Partial Shipments

We make every effort to ship all products in a single shipment, but occasionally items are located in separate warehouses so there is a possibility that we may split your order into two shipments to have it delivered to you as quickly as possible. If for any reason we cannot ship one or more items due to a backorder we will notify you via email. 

Incorrect Parts

Although we do everything we can to get the right part to you, unusual mistakes can happen. If we ship the wrong part, we will pick it up and replace it. Please let us know immediately.

Lost Package Policy

On the rare occasion that a package is lost in transit , either by United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx, please contact us and we will start an inquiry with the shipping carrier. We ask you to allow a reasonable amount of time for delivery, then if you feel a package has been lost please contact us and we will begin the inquiry and/or claim. We reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the inquiry date to determine if the package is actually lost. If proof of delivery can be obtained (i.e. the package shows delivery confirmation and/or was signed for) then no refund will be given. 

Tracking information for each package is sent to the email address on your account, we ask that you track your packages so that you know when to expect delivery, this will help prevent theft and loss of product. You may also login to your account to view the shipping information. Once a package is successfully delivered, we are not responsible for theft or damage to the merchandise. When using a forwarding company, we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise after the forwarding company has accepted delivery. If your package is missing products that were shipped you must contact Rch within 24 hours so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. 

Click the "My Account" link near the shopping cart at the top of the screen and go to Order History. Be sure that all of the items in your order were shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your tracking shows a status of "delivered" but you did not receive the package please contact our customer service for assistance within 24 hours of package delivery. It is very important that we are contacted immediately if your package has been delivered but you did not receive it. We will contact the shipping company on your behalf and begin an investigation into the missing package. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the outcome of the investigation and claim. The best practice is to track your package so you know when to expect delivery, this will help prevent theft.

Shipping to a Different Address

If you are paying with a credit card, we ship to the address where the credit card bill is sent every month (billing address). We may need to verify details and ask for additional information if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, or if you are a first time customer. We try to avoid any delays but an order could be held 24-48 hours while additional verification is attempted. We reserve the right to ship an order to the credit card billing address that is verified by the credit card processor or the address that is verified on the PayPal transaction.  Please refer to our Store Policy for additional information regarding payment.

If you pay through PayPal, then the shipping address must be confirmed on the PayPal transaction.
